Legacy Kids is our children’s outreach on Wednesday and Sunday nights where students from kindergarten through 8th grade learn basic Bible doctrines, memorize Bible verses, and learn godly spiritual songs. Legacy Kids runs from September through May.
What is Legacy Kids? Legacy Kids exists to inspire and equip God’s people to reach boys and girls worldwide with the memorable, creative, leading-edge teaching of God-focused truth. It is not our desire to “brainwash” children, and we do not intend nor pretend to be able to “manufacture” a generation of authentic Christians. But we know that ultimately the most effective reaching and teaching must be done by real people – lives touching lives. We want to help real people fortify young hearts and minds with essential Bible truth.
Our greatest desire is to put solid doctrine into our children’s hearts and minds and above all to introduce them to a relationship with Jesus Christ through the new birth. We want to teach truth in a way that discourages children from hypocrisy (the natural result of a religion of head-knowledge only) and inclines them toward true Christianity (which is the natural result of a genuine relationship with the one true God).
